Yehuda has been active in entrepreneurship and project management across various companies and organizations since 1983, working as an industrial and management engineer, executive, and independent entrepreneur.<\/p>\n
He entered the world of entrepreneurship in 1987\u201388 at Nilit Industries, where he initiated and led the development of control systems for production machines, including a system for collecting data directly from the production floor.<\/p>\n
For the past 37 years, Yehuda has been an entrepreneur and angel investor, frequently partnering with young innovators in the industrial sector to bring ideas, solutions, and dreams to life while advancing new businesses. When Yehuda meets an entrepreneur with a genuine solution to a real-world problem, he joins with full energy and commitment to help create a breakthrough, market-changing solution.<\/p>\n
In addition, Yehuda has been involved in raising capital for business and marketing ventures in diverse industries, including telecommunications, automotive, solar energy, online gaming, mobile applications, music, and medical devices.<\/p>\n
Currently, Yehuda is Co-Founder and Chairman of Tipigo (www.tipigo.com), a company he established together with a partner.<\/p>\n
About five years ago, he joined the Board of Directors of the Israeli FinTech Center (fintech-israel.org) and became a member of the Israeli Directors\u2019 Association.<\/p>\n
Yehuda has also served as a mentor at the 8200 Intelligence Unit\u2019s incubator, supporting a healthcare startup\u2014a unit in which he served during his military service in the Israel Defense Forces.<\/p>\n
Two years ago, Yehuda took upon himself to lead and promote the Altshuler Method for post-trauma rehabilitation, which he introduced to Genesis, in order to support trauma survivors in Israel.<\/p>\n

Shaul is an educator, pedagogical facilitator, and a leader of organizational change in both educational and business environments.<\/p>\n
He specializes in guiding organizations through values-based processes, helping staff clarify their personal and collective motivations in alignment with the organization\u2019s goals and objectives.<\/p>\n
Shaul has facilitated hundreds of workshops on values-driven leadership and organizational culture in both the public and private sectors.<\/p>\n
For many years, he worked with Israel\u2019s Ministry of Education, supporting schools and educational institutions in shaping their vision, defining strategic objectives, and setting measurable success indicators\u2014while engaging staff in both individual and group reflection processes.<\/p>\n
From 2004 to 2019, Shaul was the founder and owner of \u201cValues Revisited\u201d, a company dedicated to developing and facilitating values-centered workshops for the educational, business, and organizational sectors.<\/p>\n
In this capacity, he led large-scale municipal and local authority initiatives across both Jewish and Arab communities, built and managed joint Jewish-Arab facilitation teams, and developed innovative values-based programs and workshops.<\/p>\n
From 2019 to 2025, Shaul served as Head of Social and Ethical Development at the Amal Educational Network, one of Israel\u2019s largest school networks, encompassing over 30,000 students and 3,000 educators across 50 schools.<\/p>\n
In this role, he was responsible for developing and embedding humanistic worldviews within the network. Over the past two years, he played a central role in introducing a democratic, civic-minded educational approach, working closely with the Israel Democracy Institute and the Accord Institute.<\/p>\n
Shaul also led community-wide educational models in numerous Jewish and Arab municipalities, creating holistic frameworks that engaged entire communities\u2014from early childhood through high school graduation\u2014as active partners in shaping and implementing shared values.<\/p>\n
He holds a Master\u2019s degree in Educational Administration, graduating with highest honors.<\/p>\n
Shaul also served in the Paratroopers Infantry Unit of the Israel Defense Forces.<\/p>\n
