Our belief includes, first and foremost, assistance to the weak, wherever they are, financial, emotional and academic support and assistance for every child who needs it. For every child whose life circumstances have brought them to one kind of hardship or another, to a severe loss or a loss of peace, even to a lost way.

Our new program, which we launched at an exciting and impressive fundraiser evening on October 26, 2023, about three weeks after the terrible disaster of the October Shiv’a. Its goals are all summed up in doing a great service to children whose fate has not been good for them and whose lives have been cut short by cruel murderers.

We seek to allow these children social leadership and an exit from the circles of difficulty and distress, while imparting an education with a clear occupational horizon. A connection to the world of employment through an extensive social network and connections and key people to whom we are connected through friendship or work within Genesis.

• Each orphan in the program will realize the abilities and strengths inherent in them in long-term support frameworks.
• Every orphan will acquire a higher education and at least a bachelor’s degree.
• Each orphan in the program will reach financial independence at maturity during and at the end of the program.
• Each orphan will receive training to be a successful self-leader and community leader.
• Each orphan will receive support and assistance from Genesis business partners around the world as needed.

Careful sorting and diagnosis of the orphans to examine the horizon of support and its quality. In this framework, three circles in the orphan’s world will be examined. In the first circle, skills and abilities – cognitive strengths. In the second circle, intrapersonal and interpersonal abilities related to the emotional state of the orphan. In the third circle, the situation of family support factors or support factors close and significant to the orphan.

All orphans in the program will receive financial support throughout their studies in elementary school, middle school and high school to finance their studies. At least one class a week and at least one session a week with a tutor, therapist or personal trainer.

The trainees in the program will receive enrichment classes, reinforcement and help to be leaders in the field in which they will focus and excel in core studies.

All orphans in the program will receive a high-quality matriculation certificate that meets academic standards.

All the orphans in the program will receive a bachelor’s degree that allows a transition to master’s studies at a university or college recognized by the Council for Higher Education.

All the orphans in the program will be integrated into a profession that will allow them financial independence and a contribution to the community in which they live.

Using the capabilities and the global business envelope of the Genesis Holding company and the social connections it promotes to allow orphans social leadership and interaction between the activity in Israel and the activity abroad.
